Same fighter fusion?

Hey fellow fighters. I just came to discover some strange things lately.

I just wanted to fuse a max Nanami with max Bogart, but it didn't let me. Only other Nanami's are visible.

At training every fighter is visible, but with fusion only the same fighter is available.

This is since a couple of days, anyone have the same?

Strange.. If I remebered correctly I once did a fusion with a elise and grandmaster yong... But I'm not certain anymore.

Yes you can only fuse the same fighters together, but you can train different fighters together.
